Job Description:
Domino’s Pizza is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Boys to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Delivery Boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery by following designated routes and delivery protocols.
- Verify the correctness of orders before leaving the store and upon delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, providing change as necessary.
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations to ensure a safe delivery experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th grade pass or Graduate.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Delhi roads and neighborhoods is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple deliveries.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Previous experience in a delivery role is a plus but not required.
