Responsibilities:
The role holder will be responsible for coordinating with external agencies for artwork development, adaptation and changes for marketing collaterals such as outdoor ads, Print Ads, store branding, etc as per the brief and brand guidelines of the brand.
He / She will need to coordinate with vendors for execution of print, outdoor campaigns and store branding. Ensure there is adherence to the quality standards and timelines. Avoid cost overrun due to delay in development. Coordinate with internal teams such as category, operations, etc for development of creatives, getting changes done & approvals, etc.
Regular media planning and good negotiation with vendors for campaign executions through various ATL and BTL activities. Creating, adapting and execution of various designs for visual merchandise collaterals used for in-store and on-store communications.
Documenting and maintaining records of all the executions and coordinating with internal teams for the timely vendor payments. The position will report into the Marketing Manager.

Skills Requirement
He / She must have good communication, co ordination, interpersonal, negotiation and team management skills. Must have knowledge of MS Office tools – Word, excel and power point presentation. Must have knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator will be added advantage. Must be good with maintaining records and report making.
