JOB DESCRIPTION

CTC PM: Rs 16,000/- to Rs 20,500/- PM
Shift: Day Shift
Language Skills: Hindi and English proficiency required.
Qualification: Graduate
Age Limit: Not more than 30 years
Gender: Male/Female
Grooming: Candidates must wear proper formal attire for the interview.
Facilities: Shuttle service available from Okhla Bird Century Metro Station, Golf Course Noida Metro Station, and Shaheed Sthal Metro Station Ghaziabad Old Bus Stand.
Functional responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to address queries and provide assistance.
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to clients, ensuring effective communication and promoting products/services as required.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of customer information and interactions into the system.
Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service offerings to provide comprehensive information to customers.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards in communication and service delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Team Leader:
Team Management: Lead and motivate the customer care team to achieve performance targets and objectives.
