Position: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers.
  • Promote and sell company products/services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass.
  • Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Position: Backend Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing backend operations and data entry tasks.
  • Support the customer service and sales teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
