Customer Service/Sales/Technical Support Advisor – UK & Australian Voice Process
Location: Tech Mahindra, Pune (Yerawada)
Salary: Hike on Last CTC & Up to 5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales, customer service, and technical support
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Achieve and exceed performance targets and quality standards
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers in a timely manner
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process) preferred
- Strong sales, customer service, or technical support background
- Excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent
- Ability to work in shifts and from the office location in Pune, Yerawada
- Previous experience in handling inbound/outbound calls is a plus
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Good technical knowledge and aptitude for technical support roles
- Sales acumen with the ability to achieve targets for sales roles
