Assistant Manager-AO&CS in the role of Ramp Safety, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Compilation of various MIS reports related to ramp practices and incidents etc.
- To assist in implementing SMS (Safety Management System) across the network.
- To coordinate with all Airports to maintain safety awareness – Issue Safety flyers, Videos etc.
- To assist in performing station audits as per Department’s Inspection Plan.
- To prepare audit reports and follow up on the closure of audit observations/findings with Airports.
- To coordinate with stations for timely closure of hazards and other Ramp Safety related reports.
- To assist in internal safety audits carried out by flight safety or by external agencies.
- To proactively initiate and sustain the safety culture as per the IndiGo standards and practices by actively being on the ramp and praising good work.
- To assist in compilation, revisions of Safety Policies & Procedures.
- As and when required, coordinate with departmental team members to assist them in their day to day work.
Desired Experience:
- Relevant experience in aviation safety, ramp operations, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of Safety Rules and procedures at airside.
- Must have experience with MS Office & Corporate Communication.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices is preferred.
