As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Resolving Client Queries:
* Addressing and resolving client queries within the defined timeframe.
* Providing exceptional service over phone and/or email.

 Communication Skills:

* Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency, coherence, grammatical ability, pronunciation, and interactive communication.
* Basic Computer Knowledge:
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to effectively address customer issues.
* Organizational and Time Management:
* Possessing good organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries.
* Initiative and Problem Solving:
* Displaying strong initiative in proactively resolving customer issues.
* Demonstrating problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
* Teamwork:
* Exhibiting strong teamwork by collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

* Graduate freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Basic computer knowledge is required.
