Job Description:

Akasa Airlines is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in Varanasi. In this role, you will be the face of our airline, responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, bookings, check-ins, and cancellations.
  • Provide information about baggage policies, flight status, and other airline services.
  • Handle and resolve passenger complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Check-in passengers, process boarding passes, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve passenger concerns promptly.
  • Promote Akasa Airlines services and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for passengers at all touchpoints.
  • Handle cash and card transactions for ancillary services, ensuring accuracy and security.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent; Graduation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline industry, is advantageous but not required.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
