Job Description:
Lions Workforce Solutions India Pvt Ltd. is seeking dedicated and efficient Computer Operators/Data Entry Operators to join our team. As a Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering and managing data into computer systems and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from source documents into computer databases, spreadsheets, or other software.
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the data entry process.
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Responding to inquiries regarding entered data and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data.
Requirements:
- Graduation and Diploma in any field.
- Proficiency in using computers and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
