Coordinates duties & assigns responsibilities to all cabin attendants .Conduct pre/post flight briefings to establish standards & assign responsibilities .Preflight Check all emergency equipment.
Making all In flight Announcements. Ensure flights are operated in accordance with company standards and policies.
Be proficient in the use and procedures of emergency equipment.
Handle Pax inquiries/complaints effectively and professionally. Performs responsibilities related to aircraft, customer, and crew safety.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree
