Job Title: ATM Repairing Candidate

Locations:

  • Uttar Pradesh: Basti, Faizabad, Jhansi, Lucknow, Muzaffarpur
  • Haryana: Hisar, Panipat, Rohtak
  • Uttarakhand: Dehradun

Salary: 13,000 INR CTC / 11,000 INR In-hand + PF + ESIC + 4 INR Per Kilometer Petrol Allowance

Age Requirement: 18 to 35 years (Boys Only)

Call Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Do not call on Sundays)

Responsibilities:

  1. Repair and maintain ATM machines in designated locations.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with ATMs, including hardware and software problems.
  3. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of ATMs.
  4. Coordinate with service centers for spare parts procurement and replacements when necessary.
  5. Follow standard operating procedures for ATM repair and maintenance.
  6. Ensure compliance with security protocols and guidelines during ATM servicing.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service activities and report any irregularities or incidents to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of ATM repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and service center representatives.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different locations as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
