Responsibilities:
1. Security Operations
Security Force Rationalization and Review
Security Force Profiling
Security Plan Implementation and Follow-up
Field Instruction Review
Reports – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual
Security team ensures that SLAs are adhered to in all processes.
All control room systems are functioning properly.
Patrol observation and corrective and follow-up actions.
Daily vehicle movement.
Ensure all items are 4M and 5S compliant
2. Audit/Certification
Update plans and SOPs
Regular review of documentation
Documentation for internal and external audits Preparation for lighting, fire hydrants, emergency exit follow-up doors and all access points
Reader Report
Number of employees entering and exiting through the frisk point
Verification of required personnel at the frisk point
Maintenance of systems installed in frisk areas
Maintenance of systems installed in frisk areas Systems and improvements
Education Requirement
Degree with at least 3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, shrinkage, asset protection, investigation, or inventory. Work experience and professional qualifications followed by a university degree or equivalent.
Skills Requirement
Ø Minimum of 3-5 years of law enforcement or security experience.
Ø Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of safety equipment and technology.
Ø Experience leading or coordinating complex security investigations.
