As a Senior Account Manager on the RBS (Retail Business Services) VSP (Vendor Success Program) team, you have an exciting opportunity to help develop and implement Amazon Retail US’s vendor management strategy.
Candidates will thrive in ambiguous environments where they must develop, implement, and iterate business strategies to provide growth and positive experiences for salespeople. This person operates as a business owner who always has high standards and understands the key levers for achieving results with his team.
You will work directly with Amazon vendors and multiple internal teams to enable the Amazon vendor’s growth on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work in key functional areas to improve the performance of Amazon’s supplier partners. In this position, you will be focused on growing our Amazon reseller business.
Responsibilities:

• Success is measured by task performance and results using input metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs to contribute to the development of business strategies and identify appropriate input metrics to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.
• Ability to manage and execute complex objectives with no defined strategy. A compromise can be made between the short-term needs of channel partners and long-term strategic investments.
• Identify new opportunities for multiple brands and develop and execute project plans.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders within the team’s portfolio. Become a trusted advisor and company representative.
• Monitor the results of seller satisfaction surveys and examine trends in both positive and negative feedback. Create improvement plans and manage expectations with your account manager as needed.
Process Excellence
• Leverage customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to strategically develop features and programs that accelerate growth and improve channel partners’ experience with Amazon. I will make it possible. Identify unnecessary processes and areas of inefficiency and work to simplify them.
• Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit large numbers of customers. B. Improving efficiency through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc., and collaborating across multiple organizations. Develop mechanisms that create accountability.

Education Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience in data analysis and best practices to evaluate performance factors
– 3+ years of experience in customer or supplier contact with emphasis on relationship management and negotiation skills

Skills Requirement

– Experience aggregating and studying inner and outside marketing campaign metrics to evaluate overall performance drivers and pick out insights
– Proven tune report of constructing and cultivating relationships with inner and outside stakeholders using resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and making sure follow-thru with top notch verbal and written communication
