Responsibilities:
• Collect various reports from backend/factory/ECRM tools. MIS reporting per process. Adjust and close the loop. Reduce the time to improve TAT. Coordinate the back-end needs of the sales team with various internal and external agencies and serve as a support structure for the sales team as needed. Continuous coordination with all sales partners Constant data flow from branch sales to headquarters. Cross-functional collaboration with backend functions Data analysis

Skills Requirement
• Excellent computer skills – good knowledge of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Hands-on use of Excel and other data processing tools
• Excellent analytical skills
