Job Description:
Airtel is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Managers. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Prior experience in sales or account management is an advantage but not mandatory.
