Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Picker, Packer, and Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Noida. These positions are vital for ensuring our products are picked, packed, and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Picker:
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Ensure that all picked items meet quality standards.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse and assist in inventory management.
Packer:
- Pack products securely for shipment to prevent damage.
- Label packages accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all items are packed correctly.
Team Leader:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Picker and Packer teams.
- Train new staff on best practices for picking and packing.
- Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th/12th/Graduate.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
