Elin Electronics Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production & Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring product quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
  • Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor production and quality assurance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards and production best practices.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and sales, to ensure alignment on production goals and quality standards.
  • Engage with suppliers to assess and improve material quality.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting production and quality.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial) or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in production and quality management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
