Job Description: Production and Quality Control Associate
Job Summary:
SKH Metal Ltd, a trusted partner of Maruti Suzuki, is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production and Quality Control Associates to join our team at our Manesar, Gurgaon facility. The ideal candidates will be recent diploma graduates with a passion for automotive manufacturing and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Quality Control Duties:
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
- Identify and document defects or issues, and work with the team to address them.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate quality records.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering (2020 to 2024 pass-outs).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Attributes:

Company Benefits:
