Job Overview:
ECom Express is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker, Packer to join our dynamic team in Rajasthan. As a Picker, Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory and ensuring accurate and timely packaging of products for our customers. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately pick products from shelves or storage areas based on order specifications and prepare them for packing.
- Packing: Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packing materials and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and completeness before packing, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of orders and packing lists.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 25 kg.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Personal Traits: Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
