Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of Teleperformance, responsible for delivering top-notch support and service to our clients’ customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
