Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production line operations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Learn and adhere to the standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate machinery and equipment as trained and instructed.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of production equipment.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or malfunctions in the production process to the supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Stipend Structure & Other Benefits :
- Stipend Details : 12,000/
- DBT Amount: Rs 1500
- Attendance Allowance : Rs 300
- OT: Rs 51 /hour
- Total In hand stipend: Rs 13,800/- without OT
- Canteen Subsidized: Rs 22 per Diet
Eligibility:
- Qualification : ITI or Diploma
- Physically Fit
- Age 18 – 30 Years
- Must having valid Aadhar Card & Qualification certificates
