Responsibilities:
Spark Minda has been a significant player in the global automotive industry for over six decades. We are one of the prominent manufacturers of automotive components for the OEMs and Tier-I supplier
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts according to detailed instructions and engineering specifications.
- Operate assembly line equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify and report any assembly or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and outputs.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,515 – ₹14,706
- Additional Benefits: As per company policy
- Attendance Awards. 500/-(26 days)
- Accommodation Note A candidate has to pay Rs. 1500/- advance accommodation charges to landlord.
