Job Description: Production Associate
Position: Production Associate

Salary: ₹21,000
Eligibility:
- Education: 10th, 12th Pass, Graduation, ITI, Diploma Candidates
- ITI (Electrician/Electronics/fitter)
- Diploma(Electronic/Electrical/mechanical)
- Attends award -1000
- Weekly Sunday off
Responsibilities:
- Assembly Line Work: Participate in the assembly and production of Boat products, ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test products during and after the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Machine Operation: Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the production process to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
