Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Summary:
As a Senior Relationship Manager at Badho, you will be responsible for building and
maintaining strong relationships with distributors. Your primary goal will be Distributor
onboarding and their sales generation on Badho platform.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate leads of distributors from the market .
– Visit Distributors, explain to them about Badho App and get them onboarded.
– Show distributors how to use Badho to manage their products and reach more shopkeepers.
– Ensure they regularly use Badho Application for their orders confirmation.
– Help and Support them for their queries and in resolving their issues.
Working Guidelines :-
● Field working time of 9 hours daily
● Total 10 face to face meeting with distributor in a day
● Need to identify new distributor in their area
Qualification Criteria :-
● 12+ or Graduate educational qualification
● Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Must own a 2 wheeler for travelling -Scooter, Scooty or bike.
Requirements:
● Own motorcycle/two-wheeler for field visits.
● Valid Driver’s License
Salary Structure
● Monthly Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
● Performance-based Incentives
Incentive Structure –
1. Per Onboarding 300 Rs /-
2. After 12 Onboarding incentive would be 500 /-
3. 6 Rs per Visit
