Role Summary: We are seeking energetic and efficient individuals to join our team as Pickers, Packers, and Unloaders. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of merchandise, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that goods are ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform packing duties using the best practices in the industry, while ensuring products are safely packed and labeled correctly.
- Unload trucks upon their arrival, verify merchandise, and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize space and processes.
- Follow company guidelines regarding the handling and storage of goods.
- Attend all safety trainings and adhere to all safety protocols and workplace standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No formal education is required; training is provided on the job.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
