Job Summary
We are looking for a quality engineer with 6-8 years of experience in the software industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, designing and implementing test plans and strategies, and collaborating with the development team and stakeholders. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending improvements.

Role Summary: The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the engineering quality of both software and hardware projects within the aviation context. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety standards, and a dedication to enhancing the reliability of our engineering operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test cases and scenarios for functional, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and report defects, bugs, and errors
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and user feedback
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Communicate and collaborate with the development team and stakeholders
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and users
- Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the quality engineering field
projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations in the aviation sector.
