About The Role
Managing outbound and inbound calls through various platform and convert them in to a potential sale.
Voice and non- voice process

Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, exchanges, and tickets. unite with colorful departments, including marketing and operations. Effectively manage client feedback across multiple platforms. Develop and train client care directors. diurnal monitoring of crucial performance pointers( KPIs) and deals affair. Strive to reduce the ticket check time( TAT). Foster client engagement and support organic growth. Manage large quantities of inbound calls emails exchanges in a timely manner Follow communication scripts templates when handling different motifs Identify guests ’ needs, clarify information, exploration every issue and give results and/ or druthers .Keep records of all exchanges in our contact centere database in a scrutable way Meet particular/ platoon qualitative and quantitative targets
Education Requirement
10th/12th/Graduate
1-4 years in customer support function
Skills Requirement
Must be able to sell and have good persuasive skills
Good communication skills – Hindi and English
Ability to work under uncertainty and have a flexible approach
Knowledge of CRM and good writing skills
Achievements that exceed targets
Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities
