About The Role
You are responsible for properly training your employees and making sure their needs are met so they can focus on their work. – Lead the build-to-order strategy to ensure efficiency while protecting the customer experience.
– Allocates personnel from various sources, leads meetings, and manages and assigns work tasks for FC Associates.
– Performs in-depth problem solving in all areas to ensure business success and continuity.
– Train, test, and support FC employees to perform Amazon’s standard operating procedures and use equipment and software.
– Ensures that FC personnel have the appropriate tools to perform the work and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
– Communicate with internal and external suppliers through all available channels.
– Reports and escalates system issues to management in a timely manner as appropriate.
– Participate in efforts to ensure safety and operational excellence. Identify, remediate, and remediate fulfillment center security risks
Education Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree
Skills Requirement
– 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
– Experience with Excel
