About The Role
- The role of an Executive – Technical Writer involves creating and managing documentation that communicates complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Technical writers play a crucial role in various industries, including technology, engineering, healthcare, and finance.
Responsibilities:
Manage MEL changes, revision process, and author of DGCA approvals.
Creates technical documentation in a structured XML content management system or other specified format and maintains documentation in accordance with all records, retention policies, and standards.
Work with content owners to facilitate document revisions, standardize content formats, and provide publication support.
Create and manage illustrations used in technical documentation.
Present the prepared content for review and approval by required parties.
Obtain and maintain approval documentation from department officials and regulatory authorities.
Facilitates publication of approved technical documents on multiple electronic platforms.
Maintain an archive of approved and published revisions.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor degree/Computer-Science/ B. Tech/ Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/ or equivalent
Skills Requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data in clear and concise text.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
