Responsibilities:
Working on our Transport Management System (TMS) on a daily basis that involves collating all transport requests PAN India and work on required allocation.
Co-ordinating with vendors in all locations to ensure the drops/ pick ups are arranged in a timely manner.
Follow up with vendor to receive daily driver and vehicle details on time and upload them on our TMS Portal.
Ensure all women safety and compliance guidelines are adhered to at all locations for female employees` night drops/ pick-ups.
Attending to all adhoc transport requests and actioning on them.
Collect and share daily/weekly transportation and ancillary data.
Manage monthly registration details of all women security guards at PAN India locations for women employees traveling during night shift.
Other general transportation activities assigned on a rolling basis.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Skills Requirement
Previous 2-3 years of management, transportation, facilities, or operations experience required.
Excellent data management and reporting skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Excellent verbal, written, and reporting management skills.
Ability to support projects within defined timelines and with minimal guidance.
Ability to effectively present information and answer questions.
